By purchasing and using Gymbly, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of the Gymbly software, including any updates, source code, and related documentation (collectively, the "Software").
Upon successful payment of the applicable fee, Gymbly grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Software for your own fitness‑related business or personal projects. You are permitted to:
You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or repackage the Software as your own product without explicit written permission from Gymbly.
Gymbly retains all intellectual property rights in the Software. However, you retain full ownership of any content, data, and branding you add to the Software. We do not claim any rights over your client data, workout plans, or any other information you store in your installation.
The Software may integrate with third‑party services such as RevenueCat, cloud storage (AWS / Wasabi), and email providers. You are responsible for your own accounts with these services and for any fees they charge. Gymbly is not liable for the performance or availability of third‑party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gymbly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Software.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

We are committed to providing you with a fully functional software product. Here's how our refund policy works.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a technical evaluation for a refund.
Refunds are issued only if a critical, unfixable core defect exists in our original source files that completely prevents proper runtime execution under standard production guidelines.
Due to the clear digital nature of the Gymbly software and the immediate access provided to download the full, unencrypted source code package upon successful payment, we enforce a strict No-Refund Policy except as expressly provided below.
By executing your checkout process, you explicitly request and provide your active consent to the immediate delivery of all digital system assets and software files. You acknowledge that once access to the digital files is granted or downloaded, you waive your standard right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and other international consumer protection laws.
If you experience any technical deployment anomalies or core architecture bugs within the software package, our team is fully committed to providing resolution assistance. You must open an official ticket by contacting our support desk at support@gymbly.io.
Technical refund evaluations are exclusively handled at the sole discretion of the Vendor only if a critical, unfixable core defect exists in our original source files that completely prevents proper runtime execution under standard production guidelines, after our support engineering desk has been given a reasonable timeframe to analyze and address the environment issue.
